When visitors interact with your embedded chat widget, we may collect conversation messages, lead details (such as name, email, or phone number when provided), appointment booking information, and technical data such as browser type, page URL, and approximate usage metrics.

Calendar data

If you connect Google Calendar, we store OAuth tokens and calendar connection details needed to check availability and create appointments. We access calendar data only to provide booking features you enable.

Payment information

Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
